BANGSAMORO SERVED THE CHRISTIAN POPULACE ON ALL SAINTS DAY
As part of the BARET Public Service,
the Oplan Undas was conducted by setting a First Aid Station in between the
Chinese and Public Cemetery of Cotabato City on 01 November 2014, from 6:00 am.
to 7:00 p.m. the activity catered twenty seven (27) individuals by getting BP,
dressing wounds and transporting collapse person from the scene to ambulance.
Comprehensive Firefighting Training
The
Development Youth Movement Assembly (DYMA) request a Comprehensive Firefighting
Training with the Cotabato City Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) on 21-30
October 2014 at Cotabato City Fire Station, and invited the BARET to join in
the training, which is four (4) of its member successfully completed the
training.
PLANTING MANGROVE
The BARET was invited by the Philippine Coast Guard Station Cotabato together with the 306th Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary (PCGA) Squadron, DYMA and SUPRA Base on a Mangove Planting as part of the PCG Anniversary Celebration, the activity was conducted at Brgy. Kalanganan, Cotabato City near the proposed Cotabato City Port on 05 October 2014 that resulted to 350 mangrove seedling are planted in the said area.

Bangsamoro Rescue Team
The Bangsamoro Rescue Team or known as
the BARET is an uniform humanitarian volunteer organization, that composed of
different individuals with skills on disaster management, emergency medical
service/technician, vhf radio license operator, license nurses and other field
of expertise.
BARET was officially organized on 14
November 2013, when the call for mitigation and preparedness arises, due of the
human and natural induced disasters frequently experienced in the Bangsamoro
Homeland.
BARET is not an exclusive organization
for the Bangsamoro alone, instead it is an inclusive organization for any
individuals, regardless of religion, races, ethnics and economic status, as
long as sincere to share their skills and committed to take the risk to save
others live.
